How can I order product?
Select the products you desire and add them to your basket. Provide your contact information and shipping address during the checkout process. If you have a discount code, apply it at this stage. Choose your preferred payment method and input the necessary payment details.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders typically get dispatched within 72 hours. After your order has been shipped, an email containing tracking details will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress until it arrives at its destination.
You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

What is the cost of shipping?
If you are based in Europe, standard shipping is complimentary for all orders surpassing €70. For orders below €70, shipping will be calculated before payment.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days after you receive them. But, not all items can be returned. To make a return:
- Before you ship the items, show us a picture so we can check their condition.
- Only return items that weren't marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" unless they're faulty.
- Send back the items in the original packaging and make sure they look like new. This means keeping tags, ribbons, and any special packaging.
- Start the return process and send the items back within 14 days from when you got them.
Just a heads up: If you ask for a refund on a group of items, the original bundle price won't apply anymore. The items you keep will be priced at the current sale price, and we'll refund you for the rest.
